I just want to know..does anyone have any neat bands to recommend?

Right now I'm feeling like I've had my fill of popular bands like BreakingBenjamin and ThreeDaysGrace, so if any of you know of any good bands that aren't so well-known, or that aren't given enough love, I'd love to listen to them.

Dude, Uchiha flashbacks are always amazing, but these ones were just way too cute. X3
Mini-Sasu was so hyper and adorable! And they played hide-and-seek! *kyas*

And I was very pleased to see Sasuke actually cry like that. :3

Other than that, does anyone feel like Kishi is mostly making the story up as he's drawing it?... :\
I mean where the heck did the rest of Hebi come from, and WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SUI VS. KISA FIGHT!!! D8<
And stupid Sasuke is being all whacked in the head......After everything he just learned, he's going to go and ruin EVERYTHING his brother just died for with all the 'destroying the Leaf' crap.
And i've heard people say that maybe he's just putting on an act by that again, but what would be the point of that?

So, I'm predicting that its about time for another one of Naruto's epic "Hereletmebeatsumsensebakinyurhead" fights.

And if you know what Tsubasa Chronicle is and you haven't seen the OVA yet....GO WATCH IT!

Well guys....I didn't make it to being a finalist in the WorldEndsWithYou contest..

Those entries were great and those people deserved those prizes and the recognition. But you know, there are a few things that hit me wrong as I looked at those entries.

DA opened the contest to people as young as THIRTEEN. Though technical skills were needed, as stated in the guidelines, 13-yr. olds, no matter HOW prodigious they may be, will not have the necessary technical skills to make it in these contests. It will only make them excited enough to participate and then have their hopes crushed when they see all the ' professional' looking work that the winners have. And sure, they're younger kids and they'll move on rather quickly and keep doing what they do. But still, I feel like they've been cheated out of a chance at winning something.
Heh, and also, I went and read a few pages of comments down at the bottom of where the winners are listed. In one of the DA staff member's comment to someone they asked "Why shouldn't a high level of technical skill be required?" I say, if you're going to have a huge contest like this that requires a near-professional level of technical skills, don't open it up to younger kids. If you're going to do that, then when you're picking the finalists AT LEAST choose finalists from different age groups! That just seems like it would be a little more fair to everyone who participated that didn't really stand a chance.

And some people were complaining that those people won only because they were popular.
Why do you THINK they are popular, you dorkwads!?

LOL, so many retards.

Moving on..

The other thing that bothered me was that in the frigging rules for entry they CLEARLY stated that entries are not to be derivative of the game, yet look at what won.

Don't get me wrong, the grand prize winner is absolutely amazing and deserves every bit of what he got. =brilcrist's entry was definitely gorgeous, too. But everything else looks like it could possibly be fanart....except the seahorse.

(A seahorse?? Sure its different and original, but wth?? What is the concept of THAT?!)

All in all, I think this whole thing could've been a lot better if the judges would take into account the ages they are dealing with, and actually went by their own rules.

Yeah...sorry I haven't updated in a while...lately I've been neglecting DA and doing other things. Currently there are 563 deviations in my inbox....yeah....hope you guys don't mind, but if I'm one of your watchers and I don't fave or comment on something you've done recently, it is because I didn't want to go through the whole list and have deleted it. Sorry.


Anyhoo, I've been tagged by =NuitariK, so here goes.

1.) Believe it or not, I own only ONE Naruto manga. Number 28. Timeskip finally made it to the States baby! ....took 'em long enough...=_=
2.) I'm going to be cosplaying as Mello from Death Note in less than two months for a big convention. My brothers are going as L and Near, and we will be accompanied by Light, Misa, Mikami, and Matt(<3). There's also gonna be a random Jedi and a FF white mage. |D
3.) My little half-poodle doesn't go to the groomers....I do it myself. @_@
4.) I don't necessarily like being tagged. XD
5.) At the previously mentioned convention, I would like to find a timeskip Sasuke and poke his tummy if its actually a guy...."Why the heck?" you ask......No clue. X3
6.) I'm a sucker for depressing songs.
7.) You'd be suprised at how many inside jokes my friends and I have on Lord of the Rings.
8.) I can't roll my Rs. Did anyone know that is a genetic thing? When I took Biology I thought that was pretty neat.

Now for a real update.
At the beginning of this month my family and I visited Islands of Adventure. That was fun, Dueling Dragons was SO much fun, but I don't think I've ever been so dizzy after riding a roller coaster before. The fire side was my favorite. ^_^
The Hulk was WICKID! I got to go on it twice, right in a row. <3
Oh, and me, my dad, and my brother were riding the Dr. Seuss train and it got stuck on us. XD One second everything was running normally and then it just stopped. We were just sitting there for like 10 minutes before it started going less than 1mph to get to the end of the ride. lol

The Tuesday after Islands of Adventure, my dad took me to see Seether, Breaking Benjamin, and Three Days Grace all in concert together! <3 It was amazing! I've got a ton of it filmed on my camera. The Seether guys had Christmas lights wrapped around their mic stands. XD Breaking Benjamin was amazing! Though, I thought Jonathan Davis from Korn swore bad, it was nothing compared to Benjamin..=_=;...But yeah, they did all the songs I had wanted to hear. And it was really something when the whole entire crowd was singing along to Breath. He did a duet with this guy named Sean, but I didn't catch what band the guy was from, but they were pretty good.
The Three Days Grace guys were such teases!! They held their intro out for like three minutes, but it felt like forever. =_= But once they finally showed themselves they more than made up for it. They had FAIYAH!!! Like, four gigantic vertical facing flame throwers, two on each side of the drumset! They started out doing Animal I have Become and ended with Home. They also did I Hate Everything About You, which was probably my favorite. XD

But yeah, that's whats new and exciting in my life..
